Issue Description

AIM: Run a new L2 op node using reth on L1 sepolia.

I have followed this create-l2-rollup documentation to run a local optimism setup. I have deployed L1 contracts on Sepolia using alchemy rpc. Have built the binaries and have genesis.json, rollup.json, jwt.txt.

Now the documents suggests to use the op-geth, instead I am following the op-reth setup. The official Reth document suggests I need to pass the sequencer URL here which I don't have at this point. How can I create this?

The official Reth document provides information on running a node, which is distinct from the process of creating an L2 rollup. In the context of creating an L2 rollup, it is necessary to run the node in sequencer mode, whereas when running a node, only running a replica node is required. Although I haven't personally experimented with Reth, it seems that there is not a significant difference in their flag settings. Overall, I believe it is essential to adhere to the guidelines outlined in the create-l2-rollup document, making limited adjustments based on the differences between geth and reth.

The two documents describe different things: one is about running a node, and the other is about building an OP stack chain.
