Issue Description

I am using op-node v1.3.1 and geth v1.101304.1 on Sepolia testnet. After initializing op-geth, and starting op-geth, I am getting the error
Failed to register the Ethereum service: database contains incompatible genesis (have ca0524cda6525da3039a3a315cb8a93cda7b190f518e8923102ad0571d8bbc11, new 0dcc9e089e30b90ddfc55be9a37dd15bc551aeee999d2e2b51414c54eaf934e4)

below is my command

./build/bin/geth --datadir ./datadir --http --http.corsdomain="*" --http.vhosts="*" --http.addr=0.0.0.0 --http.api=web3,debug,eth,txpool,net,engine --ws --ws.addr=0.0.0.0 --ws.port=8546 --ws.origins="*" --ws.api=debug,eth,txpool,net,engine --syncmode=full --gcmode=full --nodiscover --maxpeers=0 --networkid=90001 --authrpc.vhosts="*" --authrpc.addr=0.0.0.0 --authrpc.port=8551 --authrpc.jwtsecret=./jwt.txt --rollup.disabletxpoolgossip=true --password=./datadir/password --allow-insecure-unlock --mine --miner.etherbase=Sequencer --unlock=Sequencer --op-network=base-sepolia --rollup.halt=minor
When i run it without "--op-network=base-sepolia --rollup.halt=minor", it is working perfectly.

0dcc9e089e30b90ddfc55be9a37dd15bc551aeee999d2e2b51414c54eaf934e4 matches the genesis of Base Sepolia, not OP-Sepolia. Is that the testnet that you are trying to sync? Your datadir may have data from a prior testnet run, of a different network. If you do not specify the network flag, it will default to the prior chain configuration in the datadir (which is a different network in this case).

no, this is op-sepolia. I am talking about Sepolia with chain id 11155111
