Description
Updates Base Goerli Regolith upgrade to occur on Thursday May 4, 2023 @ 5:00:00 pm UTC, 1:00:00 pm EST, 10:00:00 am PST. This update is necessary due to the planned Regolith upgrade failing to be applied due to a misconfigured sequencer.
