p2p/simulations: remove packages (#30250)

Looking at the history of these packages over the past several years, there
haven't been any meaningful contributions or usages:

Almost all of the commits are part of larger refactors or low-hanging-fruit contributions.
Seems like it's not providing much value and taking up team + contributor time.

i dont no noting abouth net but yes i wase scame from 2020 andyes som fund got recovry tan you now i am surching a way to fixe everiting because i no som peaple from IO are steel my money give me fiew days i will fixe everiting ...ps awas part of the projet ether fiew month pass i do a mistake but theynevers callme bak or email me ok tankyou ...j
