  1. crypto: replace ToECDSAPub with error-checking func UnmarshalPubkey 

    ToECDSAPub was unsafe because it returned a non-nil key with nil X, Y in
case of invalid input. This change replaces ToECDSAPub with
UnmarshalPubkey across the codebase.
