Sorry about the previous pull requests. This one should have all of the correct files.

I added documentation for how to deploy Geth Lighthouse Ethereum Nodes via AWS Blockchain Node Runners Blueprint for Ethereum in order to showcase a self managed way in which you can deploy your Ethereum Nodes on AWS (without using Amazon Managed Blockchain). AWS Blockchain Node Runners is an open-source project that provides developers with a set of TypeScript CDK blueprints. These blueprints can be used to deploy nodes for various blockchain protocols, including Ethereum, on AWS infrastructure.

I'm not really sure this documentation should live inside the Geth docs. Seems like a very specific cloud operator endorsement. There will be nobody around to keep it up to date, nobody to add others to balance it out. Most of the tech details would be about amazon AWS, not Ethereum. The upstream AWS docs site would feel muc more appropriate for such an information.
