System information

OS & Version: windows 7
Node type: `eth/geth(default)`

Hi, I have installed the new Ethereum wallet about a month ago and everything was working until a week ago when my Dell installed new updates.
Ever since I cannot start the Ethereum wallet, I get the following message:
71ba7126-0af8-11e7-80c0-aed7b1036653
I read in threads that another user had a similar problem and he mentioned that the problem was with one of the Dell drivers. But I do not know which driver that might be and I am afraid not to spoil anything.
Please, let me know what should I do with this problem, and thank you in advance!

If you post your node.log files we can see which driver could be causing it.

Edit: This has happened to me a few times. What I've done is I delete the chaindata folder, then restore it from the recycle bin and it starts up fine.

Where do I find the node.log files?
And how do I delete the chaindata and restore it?
Thank you and sorry if my questions are too basic.

To delete the chaindata folder:
Click on Start on your PC & in the search type & open run, type %appdata%/Ethereum hit ok you will see a folder named geth open it & inside delete the chaindata folder.

To restore:
Open your Recycle bin find the chaindata folder you deleted, then right click it with your mouse & select restore. Now try opening your wallet.

If that doesn't work..

You can find your node.log files by going to Start & in the search type & open run, type %appdata%/Ethereum Wallet hit ok & you will see files named node.log node.log.x, put them all in a .zip & upload them here.

The first one did not work, I am adding the nodes. (Ooops, they are bigger than 10 MB. Close to 63 MB. Can I send them in a different way?)
Thanks a lot!

Are they in a .zip?

We will try to review all the open PRs (https://github.com/ethereum/meteor-dapp-wallet/pulls and https://github.com/ethereum/mist/pulls) during the next days and release it hopefully by this week!
