closes #714

The import of non-presale-wallets will cause a stalling/infinite import dialog.
Affected wallets (web3-secret-storage version 1 to 3):

edit 9/24: Basic functionality is now available.

Todo:

  • create npm module (ethereum-keyfile-recognizer), i.e. sanity testing
  • rebase on develop
  • cleanup debugging modifications
  • error handling
  • testing
