backwards and forwards links in history view...

Add backwards and forwards links on the admin history view: Go to the next reversion or went back to a older reversion.

If i have time i will implement this and send a pull request, if this feature welcome

How do you see the UI looking for this? If you can make it look good, without providing any undue distractions, I'd consider it. The top-right of the breadcrumbs bar, maybe?
