1.1 - Obligatory day one patch
What modern video game would be complete without an obligatory day one patch? This last minute addition adds a high score table.
1.0 - It compiles! Ship it!
A few more tweaks and bug fixes bring us to the 1.0 release. Roman rain mode now activates upon reaching wave 25.
0.16 - What are our options?
Many changes including working options screen, actual credits screen, new game over screen, various HUD tweaks, high scores, new menu buttons, multiplayer respawns, different player variants, menu background video, bug fixes and various other tweaks.
0.15 - Fun for the whole family
One, two, three, four, I declare a Roman war! Now with support for up to four players, this release also includes a handful of gameplay and UI tweaks. Visible hearts above characters show remaining lives, gold enemies now drop heart pickups and various tweaks to enemy behaviour are also included.
0.14 - A whole new world
In addition to a shining, shimmering, splendid new map, this release also contains an updated intro cut-scene and a variety of gameplay tweaks and bug fixes.
0.13 - Hear, hear!
If a roman falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound? Well now it does, thanks to the assortment of sound effects found in this release. Also includes some small work-in-progress tweaks to the gameplay.
0.12 - Surf's up!
A new wave spawing system for enemies is the main focus of this release. Other important changes include the addition of looping background music and a proof-of-concept main menu background video.
0.11 - You just lost the game
Enemies now fight back and a game over screen has been added. The menus are completely usable with a gamepad and construction of new invisible walls on each side of the map has been completed after workers finally located the invisible bricks.
0.10 - The Roman Empire strikes back!
Enemies are no longer imaginary! They now have basic movement AI and will follow the player. This release also includes an enemy AI stress test: press F8 in-game to toggle 'roman rain' mode.
