Improved connection parsing #3

The way to get the PID of the process that created a connection has been improved using psutils (similar to *nix lsof tool)

Originally UI config file was saved to ~/.opensnitch/ui-config.json

Now those values are saved to ~/.config/opensnitch/settings.conf, along
with new ones.
