Towards #7

Inspired by the same game in Rust's track.

Removed lint_markdown.sh, as it's causing more problems than it solves atm.

This is a Concept Exercise in Rust, not a practice exercise. But its been added as a Practice Exercise here. I'm presuming you're not writing a syllabus for Cairo yet, but you probably want to save this to be a Concept Exercise, not a Practice Exercise, and things can't be changed after launch. So I suggest moving this to be a Concept exercise and leaving it off the track a fuller syllabus is done.

If you want to discuss more, could you open a forum post where other maintainers can explain/join in more pls. Thanks!
