@SamirDroubi FYI codegen tests are running only on avx not on neon, which is probably not ideal |

I intentionally don't run them there because I am not actively developing the code for the Neon backend. |

I can fix the CI here in the morning. |

@SamirDroubi Btw I deleted the self-hosted runner a while ago prematuring assuming that this PR will go through, so all the CI in other PRs will fail without merging this I think. |
