Because of a precompilation issue with JLD2 on all CI runs, regression tests were deactivated. This should be reversed, potentially with using CSV instead of JLD2 ?

As of v0.9.5 (merging of PR #51) we are now also successfully testing the regression tests on the CI system again.

Furthermore the issue linked to floating point accuracy between local and CI tests for the regression tests is resolved (#42).
