Actualización de configuración general a lua con Lazy.nvim
Merge Develop
Se elimino el plugin neo-tree y se agrego para que telescope haga su trabajo arreglando el bug y las incosistencias entre ambos
El bug no instalaba los serves de diagnosticos y de formaters dando errores.
Por errores con Mason se volvio a colocar el plugin Neo tree, daba errores al iniciar la ventana de instalación
Se creo una nueva carpeta donde estaran todas configuraciones de ´core/settings/*´
Se cambiaron todas las variables globales en todos los archivos para evitar errores por sintaxis
cambios los keymaps de neo-tree por la version 3.0 que rompieron los comandos anteriores
se cambio el nombre de la carpeta misc a desc que significa desactivado, y contiene los plugins que no estamos usando de momento
se corrigió el error que habia con los lenguajes lsp

- Se actualizo el plugin de autopairs
- Se activo la barra de buffers para mejorar la experiencia de desarrollo - Algunas nuevas configuraciones de black-indent

Todos los cambios realizados para wsl, y actualizaciones de plugins
