Discussion: Apple Silicon Desktop Client Support

Following up on a closed discussion #2169, is there any timeline for a native arm64 based version of the desktop app? The current one unfortunately runs through Rosetta and it's one of the most CPU intensive tasks running on my machine while developing (which it really shouldn't be)

Also... since this issue has been discussed (and closed again here #2193), now we do have better MBPs and making an arm version is just kind of inevitable sooner or later.
