  2. Disable enableSchedulingProfiler when enableComponentPerformanceTrack… 

    … is on

I.e. in the experimental builds.

enableComponentPerformanceTrack is the spiritual successor for
enableSchedulingProfiler so having both on at the same time can lead to
unexpected interactions.
