Centos 7 - dhcpd

Based on Fedora dockerfile for dhcpd - DHCP server, on Docker 1.3.0.
Modified to usec Centos 7.0
Changed the startup procedure 
Added support scripts for different stages

Initialization
--------------
The Config file has the name of the Repo and the name of Docker container.  
```
Build
-----
To build the image run: ./admin.sh -b

Run
---
To start the container do: ./admin.sh -r
````
Status
------
To see logs, net status, process running do: ./admin.sh -i

Logs
----
To see logs, net status, process running do: ./admin.sh -l

Attach a shell
--------------
To run a shell inside the container do: ./admin.sh -s

Stop
----
To stop this container do: ./admin.sh --stop

Start
------
To start a stoped contaier do: ./admin.sh --start

Remove container 
---------------
To remove the container: ./admin --rmc

Remove image
------------ 
To remove the image: ./admin  --rmi

Test DHPD functionality
