Description

Instead of defaulting to ordering by number of commits,
use "Fatiando a Terra Project" as first author and then
do alphabetical. Makes publishing the Zenodo archives
easier since we don't have to worry about checking
author order every time. For papers, use the same if allowed.
Otherwise, revert back to ordering by commits.

These changes are looking great. We need to update the release checklist in https://github.com/fatiando/.github/blob/main/.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/release-checklist.md
