Auto-updating conda is recommended when using `use-only-tar-bz2`.
Setting `use-only-tar-bz2` to true forbids mamba to install latest versions of packages that are no longer provided as tar.bz2 files. Go back to Mambaforge entirely.
Having it doesn't hurt anyone, and forgetting to add it can be bad.
