What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR fixes an issue where creating a saved dataset breaks the CLI
feast registry-dumpcommand. ASavedDatasetProtoobject was being incorrectly accessed in thelist_saved_datasets()utility function, leading to aAttributeErrorwhen running the CLIfeast registry-dumpcommand.(Sorry for the double PR, I misunderstood the DCO requirement on the first go)
