In a recent change, Copr started to use a new chroot in order to generate SRPMs. This new chroot also need to be modified in order to enable the RPM conditional snapshot_build.

After discussing this issue with @kwk , we decided to close this PR in favor of https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/llvm/pull-request/195 |
