We want to be able to build MLIR and that requires the nanobind python module which is currently only provided in my copr repo. The package review process is going on here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2331339.
If you want to manually try out if this works, consider running
dnf copr enable kkleine/python-nanobind.
