This experimental feature is not ready to be merged.

This commit adds a link to a search choice page in the footer of every wiki page.

The link opens a ghost page offering three different searches.

This represents one component of a larger search project.

These commits are ready to be merged.

We don't yet have low latency search indexing that will make this link super useful. But even today, even waiting a minute for results, search answers questions like "what links here" that are hard to answer any other way. The link will quickly bring up the page that cautions, be patient. The search page alone will be useful for explaining some of the unique search opportunities item ids make possible.

Would be nice if Be patient was emphasised on the ghost page...
