Import NCI thesaurus and caDSR RDF data to GraphDB

Data were shared by NCI and downloaded from

https://cbiit-download.nci.nih.gov/evs/temp/Thesaurus.rdf.7z https://cbiit-download.nci.nih.gov/evs/TripleStore/data-loads/CRFCDE-full.zip

To upload the data to the cadsr repository,

1. scp the unzipped files to fhircat.org:/root/graphdb-import
2. login to https://graph.fhircat.org as admin, switch to the cadsr repo.
3. Choose "Import". Choose the "Server files" tab. Select the files and click on "import".

Note:

Because the files are more than 200 MB, graphdb can't upload them to import. You have to put them on the server import folder first. See http://graphdb.ontotext.com/documentation/standard/loading-data-using-the-workbench.html
