- 现在可以在 Tag 或 Cate 中使用特殊字符了（tags或者categories包含&或者空格或者特殊字符的问题 #316）
- 修复了 Toc 和 Anchor 中可能出现的问题（[Dev]更了下dev,然后发现toc-wrapper没了，就是右侧那个根据本章内小标题生成的列表 #317）
- 添加了对评论组件 Waline 的支持（Add waline support #319）
