Usage

Create virtual environment

python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

Create .env file containing ADES secrets containing ADES_USER and ADES_TOKEN variables.

Deploy the workflow to your workspace

python ades.py deploy
