A user reported on Slack reported that extensions weren't working with the following error:

ERROR: failed to lookup claims for miner: did not find key: {��5}

Proposed Changes

This is likely because the claims loading methods were failing if the relevant SP wasn't found (fixed in filecoin-project/go-state-types#181). This PR simply bumps the deps.

Additional Info

Waiting for the SP's miner ID to confirm the fix.
