The dependency home v0.5.9 requires at least Rust 1.70. Hence upgrade to that version including all Clippy fixes (also when run with `--no-default-features`). With that version of Rust/Cargo, it's now possible to use the sparse registry index, which makes `cargo update` a lot faster.
