Second preview implements various HW offloads to improve performance.
Caution
The driver is NOT tested except for my own machine. It was not tested with the Hardware Lab Kit yet and it's using test signing.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. It can only be installed on a system with Test Signing enabled. If you are not sure how to enable that then this release is not for you.
