구현해야 할것

도메인 네임(fineants.co)에 맞추어 프로젝트 패키지 구조를 co.fineants로 변경
api 서버이기 때문에 최종적으로 co.fineants.api로 변경한다. 추후 관리(admin) 서버 추가를 위하여 api로 명명한다
