Reviewed and approved for technical fitness by maintainer. Release notes to be supplied and approved, that articulate the backward-incompatible change.
Change previously approved at the CDM Derivatives Products and Business Events Working Group - August 14th, 2024 and released in CDM 5.18. This PR further adapts the changes to CDM 6, where the cardinality of expirationTimeType can be tightened (a backward-incompatible change).
