This should be @import "~@finos/perspective-viewer/dist/css/pro.css";, since we don't support theming yet in workspaces.

This PR fixes a few issues:
contentBasewas renamed tostatic@finos/perspective-workspaceno longer include@finos/perspective-viewer, so that needs to be imported separately
