When table is scrolled away from top and a filter or groupBy operation is applied, move scroll position back to top.
Avoids bugs where scroll position gets out of sync with dataSource range.
convert filter and groupBy operations in VuuDataSource to use generic set config handling, which allows operation-specific methods in server proxy to be removed.
