LGTM. I'll try seeing if the diff_report job will run on Python 3.10 to resolve https://github.com/firebase/firebase-ios-sdk/actions/runs/8817847152/job/24205256087?pr=12846#step:5:18. That seems to be the oldest version available on arm64.
