Add benchmarking tool

This PR has added a dedicated benchmarking tool for fkYAML on the parsing speed.
The tool compares the parsing speed against the following existing YAML libraries for C/C++:

• libfyaml (v0.9)
• rapidyaml (v0.6.0)
• yaml-cpp (0.8.0)
