Adding back the recent projects panel on macos platform.
That feature was not present because of how the macos sandbox entitlement works.
Than entitlement is only needed when an application is submitted to the app store, since it is a requirement there. Since we distribute the app from our the github releases, we can just remove it and enable back the feature.
