Active Lights 1.3.0

Describe the issue
Light sheet is lacking the button to open the key frame window.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Update to foundry 10 build 290
  2. Open any world or create a new one
  3. activate the module + dependency
  4. Create light
  5. Open light settings
  6. Missing button in "Light Animation" tab

Expected behavior
Button and window is present and working
