Zotero 7.0 beta build

Created as a draft PR, since a beta branch doesn't exist, yet. The PR is therefore against master.

I converted the manifest from JSON to YAML to allow comments (I can convert it back to JSON, if desired).

TODO:

• Find out if upstream provides full URLs to the beta builds somewhere. Right now, one as to resolve https://www.zotero.org/download/client/dl?platform=linux-x86_64&channel=beta to get the full URL. Use build.sh instead.
• Find out how to correctly disable the auto-updater in Zotero 7. Done with Firefox autoconfig. I also tried policies.json, but this didn't work.

Tested on KDE PLasma Wayand.

@sebastian-de Thanks a lot.
I don't have time to mantain Zotero flatpak (I just keep updating it when we get a new release).
We could wait for the 7.0 release to use this or create a beta channel (I don't know how to do this).

@felipehw I can gladly help maintaining this flatpak, I already have a local branch with https://github.com/flathub/flatpak-external-data-checker working, for example. I will make a separate PR.

I can also create a PR to do the switch to YAML in master. YAML makes changes to the flatpak easier in my opinion.

If this is done, I can rebase this PR and we can create a beta branch from it.
If you desire, you can ask the Flathub-guys to add me as collaborator, then I can do this myself (and further help with maintenance, of course).
