Testing instructions
In MSFS2024 in the A32NX, set the TAF source to MSFS.
Request TAFs for a few airports through the ATSU, and ensure they are received.
Switch the source to NOAA and try again. NOAA covers a lot less airports so expect those outside the USA to have to TAF.

Every new commit to this PR will cause new A32NX and A380X artifacts to be created, built, and uploaded.
