It is a bit noisy to add
.get()when formatting unique_ptr and shared_ptr. This patch also convertstd::unique_ptr/std::shared_ptrtoconst void *infmt::ptr.I agree that my contributions are licensed under the {fmt} license, and agree to future changes to the licensing.
