  1. Bug-fix : Fn deploy command was unable to build the function image using Podman
  2. FnCLI has to be used with below constraints :
    a. Supported Docker Version : 23.0.1 or above
    b. ContainerEngine Podman on X86 Platform is not supported
    c. If ContainerEngine is configured to Docker, then Docker Buildx plugin needs to be installed
