App crashes when enabling 'Screen overlay effect'

Describe the bug
App crashes when enabling this setting

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Settings > Customize appearance
2. Click the 'Screen overlay effect'
3. Focus Launcher crashes, providing a message that's something like Focus Launcher is not working
4. I fallback to the previous launcher I was using
5. When clicking Focus Launcher, it crashes again, saying Focus Launcher keeps stopping

Expected behavior
I'm not actually sure. Maybe this was at one point needed for the reduce app usage feature?

Environment (please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel
• OS: Android 10

Additional context
Unless this toggle is actually needed for some other part of the app, we should remove it.
If it is needed, let's avoid crashing.

Once you're done, please provide the APK so I can do a functional test

Since this is (hopefully) the last issue before launching to Play, We'll also need it in a signed AAB. If you need the keys for signing that, me or Denis can send them over
