Inicijalne upute za izradu zadaća

Poštovane kolegice i kolege,

čestitamo vam jer ste uspješno kreirali repozitorij koji ćete koristiti za izradu vašeg projekta, tj. za pisanje vaših triju zadaća. To će uključivati izradu dokumentacije i programskog kôda.

Molim vas izmijenite ovaj dokument kako biste u njemu naveli naziv i kratak opis projekta koji obrađujete u vašim zadaćama, kao i vaše osobne podatke. Za upute o sintaksi koju možete koristiti u ovom dokumentu i kod pisanja vaše projektne dokumentacije obavezno pogledajte upute o sintaksi koje su dostupne na Moodleu, a dodatno i ovaj link.

A sada, vrijeme je za prvi korak rada na vašem projektu. 🙂 Za upis/opis vašeg programskog proizvoda molimo vas koristite predložak koji je naveden u nastavku. Započnite tako da kliknete na olovku u desnom gornjem kutu ovoga dokumenta te izbrišite sve što je iznad Naziva projekta, kao i sve upute koje su navedene u zagradama u predlošku ispod.

Domain Description

The project focuses on enhancing the operations of the SCVZ student restaurant by implementing an information system that facilitates customer feedback, order management, and menu optimization.

Project Specification

Functional Requirements:

  1. Feedback System: Allow students to provide reviews of meals consumed, including rating taste and portion size, with an optional comment feature.
  2. Coupon Reward System: Reward users with gift points for providing reviews, which can be exchanged for coupons.
  3. Order Management: Enable à la carte orders through the application to reduce waiting time during peak hours.
  4. Order Tracking: Provide students with the ability to track the status of their orders.
  5. Employee Reporting: Allow employees to generate reports on popular dishes and preparation speed.
  6. Order Status Tracking: Implement order statuses (Order created, In process, Food prepared, Served) with timestamps for tracking purposes.
  7. Menu Management: Allow restaurant employees to create daily menus with mandatory entries for each day of the week.
  8. User Authentication: Enable student login via identification card or manually using student credentials.

Non-Functional Requirements:

  1. User Interface Design: Ensure an intuitive and visually appealing user interface to enhance user experience.
  2. Performance Optimization: Ensure the system operates efficiently, especially during peak hours.

Task

The task involves developing and implementing the aforementioned functional and non-functional requirements to create a robust and user-friendly customer satisfaction system for the SCVZ student restaurant.

Proof of Concept (POC)

A proof of concept will be developed to demonstrate the core functionalities of the system and validate its feasibility before full-scale development.
