bug: Menus sticks around after disabling and re-enabling Noice

Describe the bug

If you enable and disable Noice, the command menu, search menu and such sticks around after you quit the menus

Steps To Reproduce

1. :NoiceDisable
2. :NoiceEnable
3. Press : or / (or anything else with the bar menu, I believe)
4. Close said menu(esc)

Expected Behavior

The bar disappears as usual
