feat(chore): remove support issue template in favor of using discussions

## Description
In order to use the new github discussions feature for Questions, help and support inside github, i propose to remove the third template for new issues, which was previously use for "Support" issues.

Instead a support question link is added now which points to github discussions to replace the old issue template
