Added right-click menu option for navigating to the selected test method.

gototest

  • First we try to find a symbol based on the test method name. If only one is found, we navigate to that method.
  • If multiple symbols are found and the user is using XUnit, we take the namespace and try to map it to a filepath (Name.Space.TestClass maps to {workingFolderPath}/Name/Space/TestClass.*). If one match is found we navigate to that method.
  • If all above fails we show a warning message explaining that the testmethod could not be found. Message hints which of the above steps that failed.

We may want to run unit test in Travis CI.
