Wizard Step 1: Simplify Ticket Feature "Absorb Fees", Make it Required instead of Optional, Fix Donation Ticket

The ticket feature "absorb fees" is currently optional. It adds complexity to the invoicing that we want to avoid for the beginning. Therefore please change this feature to "Required" as follows:

1. Take out the tick box and change text
   • Absorb Fees -> Tickets Absorb Fees
   • If unchecked fees will be passed on to the buyer. -> Platform fees will always be included in your ticket price. You will receive an invoice each month.

2. Also fix the Donation Ticket box and add the option here as well. We should also charge organizers for donation tickets.
