No click effect on clicking list item of logged data

Actual Behaviour
There is no ripple effect or any click effect on clicking list item or clicking delete item on the list item on logged data

Expected Behaviour
There must be a ripple effect on the list item and delete item when they are pressed.

Steps to reproduce it
Open the logged data for any of the device
Click on the list item or on Delete button of the list item.
