- Symbols should not be visualized on the map itself, but should be referenced with a polyline and a point on the map
- Symbols could also be visualized depending on the scale (no fixed size of symbols)
- Collection of all symbols should be available

Social Media Connection
- Social Media Feeds (Twitter, Facebook, Flickr) should be visualized in a message board/bar
- Geolocated feeds should be visualized on the map
  - Button should zoom to geolocated feeds

- User should have the option to change the status of the help request
- "Done" help request should be visualized (or hidden)
- Volunteers should have the option to subscribe to help requests

Providing information
- Provided help could be rated by users and organizations
- Organizations could delete provided information
